Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team at a Sustainability Software as a Service (SaaS) company. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention of our clients who are contributing to sustainability initiatives. Your main duties will include onboarding new clients, providing product training, resolving customer queries, and collecting feedback to improve our services. You will also collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs. If you are passionate about sustainability, possess excellent communication skills, and have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
