Responsibilities:
The Client Success Specialist will be the primary contact for client support and customer service. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing customer support systems, onboarding processes, and conducting internal marketing activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

- Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Amenable to shift schedules and work in Ortigas or Cubao
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00/month
