Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting customers worldwide
- Answer questions and resolve scheduling issues
- Work with photographers to solve disputes
- Take ownership of Snappr’s growth
What you’ll need:
- Bilingual proficiency in English
- 2 years of customer service experience in BPO
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and quick execution
Job benefits:
- PHP 35-37.5K/month earnings
