Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers by providing helpful information for product and services and resolve any problems that may arise.
• Identify potential needs and requirements of clients and suggest necessary upsell of other products and services.
• Push and suggest to clients on the renewal of existing contracts.
• Open and maintain customer accounts by keeping account information up to date.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select, and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with offshore team on all customer queries that need to be escalated.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Prior support or sales experience is a plus, preferably in the telematics or logistics industry.
• Customer-centric with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and proactive, as well as possessing a hands-on and independent work ethic.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Computer literate and fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
