Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Team Leader to improve satisfaction and retention for our SaaS products. In this role you will lead a team of success managers, design onboarding strategies, and ensure measurable customer outcomes.
- Coach and develop success managers; handle escalations and maintain service quality.
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to drive proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to increase adoption and enhance the customer experience.
