Job Description
We are looking for a positive and friendly customer service/account manager to join our team at Fatweb Limited. Time will be in New Zealand working hours between 8:30am and 5pm. Excellent English written and spoken communication is a must, with the ability to confidently engage with customers over the phone. Responsibilities include relaying information between technical teams and clients, handling incoming calls, and coordinating with production teams.
Experience in digital skills (websites, marketing, SEO, ads, PPC) is advantageous but not required. We seek individuals eager to learn and grow, with training provided in basic website editing/development, SEO, and PPC. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month.
