Job Description

- Mans the ZircoDATA CS phone queue to receive and handle all inquiries from ZircoDATA customers dialing ZircoDATA hotline, 137492.
- Sorts all SF cases/customer emails to the relevant queue, categories, and sub-categories.
- Responds to SF cases/customer emails coming from KEY and CONTRACT account leads.
- Coordinates with Customer Care team for assistance when callers are leads of ENTERPRISE accounts.
- Coordinates with relevant teams e.g., Operations, Billing when handling concerns needing help from teams outside of Customer Care/Support.
- Helps Customer Care in manually lodging Work Orders in Total Recall (only for KEY AND Contract accounts).
