Job Description
ARC PH BPO is looking for a committed Customer Support Analyst to help our clients by configuring systems tailored to their needs. In this role, you will provide email support, troubleshoot issues, and test configuration changes. Expertise in SQL databases for generating reports and developing customized solutions based on client specifications is crucial.
Required Skills: Proficiency in English at a B2 level, higher education (preferably in STEM fields), strong team collaboration, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
