Job Description
Job Summary:
Build a cordial relationship with applicants via telephone calls, email, or live chat. Provide the applicant with critical service information from the initiation of the verification up to the completion of the report.
Resolve customer concerns submitted through the Dataflow Group Support Center.
Coordinate with global service fulfillment employees to track service progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work a set schedule, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Conflict management skills are essential.
