Job Description
OCS is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving established key performance indicators (KPIs). In this vital role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, maintain comprehensive product knowledge, and actively promote our services. Accuracy in documenting interactions and contributing to customer satisfaction enhancement initiatives will be key elements of your responsibilities.
Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma and a minimum of six months of customer service experience. We are looking for courteous, service-oriented individuals with strong computer navigation skills. Flexibility to work rotating shifts is a must.
