Job Description
A Customer Support Representative serves as the main point of contact between our company and customers. They provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Offering product information and resolving product or service-related issues.
- Assisting with placing orders, processing returns, and providing refunds.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and MS Office.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
