Job Description

A Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

The main duties of a Customer Support Representative include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat; providing product information and technical assistance; documenting customer interactions and solutions; escalating complex issues to the appropriate department; and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times.
