Job Description
BPO Caldwell Jobs Support is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. We offer a competitive salary of Php20,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, HMO with free beneficiaries from Day One, retirement/life insurance for qualified staff, and various incentives.
Your responsibilities will include following standard operations, recognizing and escalating priority issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and basic troubleshooting. We welcome applicants with or without BPO experience, provided you have excellent communication skills.
