Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
  • Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible
  • Match customers’ demands to our clients’ products and services
  • Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in
  • Communicate relevant information to both internal and external clients
  • Share knowledge with colleagues
