Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking passionate candidates to join our dynamic team as Customer Support Representatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues during the first contact without transfers.
- Match customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Influence and recover from objections to achieve customer buy-in.
- Share information with both internal and external clients.
