Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure one call resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Pay ranges between Php 20,00.00 – Php 30,00.00 per month, with additional benefits and opportunities for growth!
