Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact when possible.
- Align customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize persuasion skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Effectively communicate information to all clients.
