Job Description
We are urgently hiring multiple onsite Customer Support Representatives (Chat) for immediate start in Metro Manila. This full-time, permanent, non-voice role is open to fresh graduates.
- Key responsibilities: resolve customer inquiries, update records, escalate issues as needed, and maintain up-to-date policy knowledge while working collaboratively.
- Compensation & benefits: Php17,00–25,00 salary, monthly commissions, fixed weekends off, HMO coverage for two dependents from day one, paid leaves, OT/holiday pay, 13th month pay, retirement benefits, incentives, free office coffee, and opportunities for fast-track career growth.
