Job Description
- Nature: Customer Service US Healthcare (HMO) Provide and US Healthcare (HMO) – Member
- Work Setup: Pure onsite (BON)
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months international BPO customer service (voice) experience. Note that the 12mos. should be under 1 company.
- Must be okay with pure voice account (Inbound Calls)
- Good communication skills
- Must be living nearby BGC: Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Pateros, & Mandaluyong, Metro Manila (QC, Pasay & far areas should have their own transportation)
