Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving their inquiries and issues. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product features, usage, troubleshooting, and other related inquiries
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any billing or shipping issues
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all interactions are properly documented
- Escalating unresolved issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate teams for further assistance
We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be patient, empathetic, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
