Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and assistance to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the database with relevant information.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred, but not required.
