Job Description
Global Caldwell BPO is seeking passionate individuals for the position of Customer Support Representative. We offer an industry-leading benefits package including a competitive salary between Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month, HMO with two free beneficiaries starting on Day One, and opportunities for rapid career growth.
Your responsibilities will include following standard operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing basic troubleshooting. We welcome candidates with or without BPO experience and require at least a High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
