Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative II. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues through various channels.
As a Customer Support Representative II, you will handle complex customer cases and act as a point of escalation for team members. You will need to have a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate and timely information.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
