Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Manila GPS TRACKERS as a Customer Support Representative. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the web tracking system, managing client concerns through various communication channels, and updating records in Pipedrive. You will also assist with installation logs and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills, customer service expertise, teamwork ability, and previous customer support experience are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00/month.
