Job Description
RELX is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide new and existing customers with the best possible service related to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Provide product and service information.
- Identify upselling opportunities.
- Recommend and implement programs to support customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least BPO experience
- Above average communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
