Job Description
We are urgently hiring multiple full-time, permanent Customer Support Representatives to work in Metro Manila. No prior BPO experience required. One-day hiring process.
Responsibilities include resolving inquiries and complaints, updating records, adhering to company policies, performing basic troubleshooting, and collaborating with team members.
- Compensation: up to ₱28,00 (higher with experience) and ₱30,00 signing bonus
- Benefits: 13th & 14th month pay, HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, bonuses, weekends off, holiday/OT pay, 20% night differential
- Work arrangement: in-person; hybrid/remote eligibility after 1 year
