Job Description

Join Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as a Customer Support Representative! We are seeking candidates with good English communication skills. High school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/Senior High graduates are welcome to apply. You must be willing to start ASAP, work on-site, and commit to a full-time job with a shifting schedule.

Your primary role will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction related to our products and services. Candidates can expect a monthly pay range of Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00, along with benefits such as health insurance, additional leave, paid training, and performance bonuses.
