Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and help to customers about online streaming services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
Needed Qualifications:
- At least 6 Months of BPO Voice & Chat International Experience.
- Amenable to working from site at our UP Town Center Site.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
