Job Description
Hire Hangar seeks a formal, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist (AI) to manage 100–200 eCommerce support tickets daily, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST. Using AI-assisted platforms, you will review, edit, and approve AI-generated responses for order updates, returns, product inquiries, and shipping issues, ensuring accuracy and consistent brand voice while flagging edge cases.
- Work with Shopify, integrated e-commerce tools, and ticketing systems.
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) and alignment with US business hours required.
Qualifications: 2–3 years of customer support experience (eCommerce preferred), excellent written English (US), strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn AI tools. Preferred: experience with DTC brands, Shopify, Gorgias, or Richpanel.
