Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our AI SaaS platform team. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through onboarding and product features.
- Responsibilities: respond promptly to user inquiries, reproduce and escalate bugs, produce clear help content, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and track customer feedback for product improvement.
- Qualifications: minimum 1 year in SaaS support, strong written and verbal English, basic technical troubleshooting skills, empathy and customer-focus, and familiarity with AI concepts. Experience with helpdesk tools is preferred.
