Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents in the role of Customer Support Specialist for the Assistance Payments Account at Client Support Acquisition.

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Technical Support Representative
  • Sales/Retail Representative
  • Travel and Hotel Associate
  • Healthcare Specialist
  • Financial Associate
  • Telemarketer

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address customer needs using provided scripts.
  • Be knowledgeable about company products and maintain professionalism with customers.
  • Handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.

Qualifications:

  • Onsite interview at Ortigas (for Interview only).
  • Basic English proficiency.
  • Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
  • 18 years old and above.
  • High school graduate.
  • Conversant in English language.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy.

Nice to have (Optional):

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
