Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated candidates to join our team as Customer Support Specialists in NCR. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence, resolving their issues effectively on the first contact.
Your responsibilities include matching customer demands with our products and services, addressing objections, and ensuring clear communication with both internal and external clients.
