Job Description
CaldTech Group is continuously seeking talented candidates for our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ demands to Clients’ products and services.
- Influence and recover objections to achieve customer buy-in.
- Share information and insights with internal and external clients.
