Job Description

CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is actively looking for a committed Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Your primary responsibilities will involve engaging with customers to address their inquiries, efficiently resolving issues, providing timely order updates, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for this role include a high school diploma, previous experience in a BPO environment, and proficiency in CRM software.

This full-time position offers paid training as well as a 13th-month salary for eligible employees.
