Job Description
BPO Hub PH is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including a competitive salary, 13th month pay, and HMO with three free beneficiaries from day one.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients over phone and email, gathering information to address their concerns, and providing top-notch customer service.
We welcome candidates who have completed college or high school, with or without BPO experience, and possess excellent English communication skills. Onsite work is required, and candidates should be within 25km to 35km distance from our office.
