Dialdirect PH is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our Customer Support team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact.
- Match customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize persuasion skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
