Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include following standard operations, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
We welcome applicants with or without BPO experience, but strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php 21,00.00 – Php 29,00.00 per month.
