Job Description
Join our dynamic team at SapientBPO in Makati as a Customer Support Specialist (Email & Chat). In this role, you’ll assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience or a college graduate without BPO experience
Perks: Competitive salary of 27,00 PHP, HMO, paid leaves, 13th Month Pay.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month. Schedule: Day/Night shift, Monday to Friday.
