Job Description
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Address customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAP MD products.
- Manage and resolve disputes and chargebacks efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years in customer support.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Technical proficiency with CRM software and payment processing systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php26,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home, Night shift, 13th month salary.
