Job Description
- Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and assist with specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios
- Update internal databases with technical issue information
- Share feature requests and workarounds with team
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up to ensure resolution of technical issues
- Gather feedback and share with Product team
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Ability to Commute: Taguig City (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Taguig City – Relocation before starting work (Required)
