- Email and Back Office Support
- Blended CSR Role (Outbound, Inbound & Back Office)
Requirements:
- Candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Candidates with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Candidates with basic proficiency in spoken and written English
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn & improve communication skills
- Comfortable with technology like MS Office applications and internet browsing
