Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist (Level 3) to join our dynamic team. This position is for a hybrid role in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, focused on providing support to the healthcare sector.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling complex customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients in the healthcare industry. Your duties will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assessing and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Escalating unresolved issues to higher levels of support as required
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer support processes

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
