Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at MAXICARE. This full-time position involves screening and assessing coverage inquiries, documenting transactions in our call management suite, and collaborating with team members.

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month

Schedule: Shift system

Location: Kalibo, Aklan

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: 1 year in customer support preferred

Willingness to travel: 25% preferred.
