Job Description
We seek a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative to provide pre-move, move-day, and post-move support for household goods and relocation clients. The role involves handling booking inquiries, scheduling, inventory updates, claims and refund intake, and de-escalations while coordinating with Dispatch, Accounting, and Operations.
- Accurately record all interactions in CRM/ticketing systems and use softphone tools.
- Meet performance KPIs and participate in ongoing training and process updates.
- Requirements: 2+ years in BPO/logistics or moving customer service; strong spoken and written English for U.S. customers; phone support experience; familiarity with CRM/ticketing; moving/storage or freight background; availability for U.S. hours.
