Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients
- Create potential clients in Client Intelligence and build a database based on information provided
- Review and check all order requests before processing
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent English skills
- Positive attitude towards difficult situations
- Can start immediately and work in Ortigas/Cubao
