Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist! Your key responsibilities will include effectively communicating with clients, managing relationships, and presenting our products and services. You’ll be implementing quality assurance policies, conducting inspections, and identifying improvements to workflows.

We require knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, logical analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate efficiently with team members. A self-determined approach and familiarity with data management are essential.
