Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to onsite or hybrid work.
- With or without BPO/Call Center experience welcome to apply.
- Minimum High School/SHS Graduate.
- Average to Good communication skills.
Pay: Php19,500.00 – Php26,00.00/month
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
