Job Description
Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Candidates must possess good English communication skills and be willing to work full-time on-site with a shifting schedule. We accept applications from high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/Senior high school graduates, starting ASAP.
Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary from Php18,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, along with health insurance, paid training, and performance bonuses.
