Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati. The ideal candidate must possess good English communication skills and be willing to start ASAP.
Qualifications:
- Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Amenable to work on-site with a shifting schedule.
- Full-time commitment is required.
Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month, with additional benefits such as health insurance and paid training.
