Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Specialist – Spanish Speaking. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in Spanish to our valued customers.
Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will use your fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with accurate information and assistance.
Key qualifications for this role include strong communication skills, both written and verbal, fluency in Spanish and English, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
